This project aims to help young people in their journey towards personal achievement through capacity building. By combining a series of creatively designed activities, addressing the necessary skills for different spheres of life, where the young people of Lezha will not only be trained but can become active protagonists in increasing the capacities of their peers, the project will support young people in the development of technical and soft skills, and their personality.

The activities foreseen to be developed within this project aim to improve their knowledge as well as receiving instructions for the proper use of available resources, preparing their entrepreneurial ideas by being mentored for the development of their ideas and plans of business, as well as they will be informed how to adapt to the challenges and dynamics of the labor market and everyday life. Their creativity, talents and entrepreneurial spirit will be promoted through this project so that their true potential can emerge and they can gain confidence in their choices for the future.
