The Center "TEAM-Together Everyone Achieves More" is a voluntary, non-governmental, non-political, non-religious union of founding persons in order to carry out the tasks according to the program defined in the statute of the Center, and to perform its activity in accordance with the Albanian legislation in force, inside and outside Albania.
Our Mission
The mission of TEAM Center is to create conditions for supporting and increasing the well-being of the community, especially groups in need.

The main principles of our organization are:

  • - Independence from governmental and trade union political institutions;

  • - Respect, protection and implementation of fundamental human rights and freedoms, provided in the Constitution, international laws and agreements ratified by law;

  • - Free participation of persons (legal or natural, or associations) without social, gender, ethnic, cultural or other differences;

  • - Democracy in expression, objectivity and polyphony in opinions, opinions, suggestions and proposals, cooperation with private and public institutions, national and international bodies.
