The aim of the project was to prepare and train young people in relation to the IPARD III funds, their importance, the eligibility and compatibility criteria of investments under IPARD III and their impact on the Albanian economy.

As a result, there will be an increase in applications from young people to rural and agricultural development programs. The project will be extended to 4 areas in Albania (Diber, Kukës, Elbasan, Tepelena) with a focus on young people, through the organization of awareness and capacity building activities.
